Bucks big man Giannis Antetokounmpo will sit out the remainder of his team’s playoff game Sunday vs. the Heat after suffering another right ankle sprain in the first half.
The Greek Freak, who was questionable to start the game because of a sprain he suffered in Game 3 of the series, rolled his ankle again in Game 4 on a drive to the basket early in the second quarter.
He stayed in the game to shoot free throws and then went to the sideline to be examined. He later limped to the locker room.
The Bucks have confirmed Antetokounmpo won’t return.
