St Kilda Football Club has informed Matthew Parker he will not be offered a contract for 2021.
After the Saints snapped him up with pick 47 in the 2018 AFL Draft, Parker played 17 games for the club in 2019, scoring 16 goals.
But ankle surgery prematurely halted his maiden season, and after featuring in just two games during the 2020 season, the 24-year-old was told he would need to look elsewhere if he hopes to revive his AFL career next year.

St Kilda head of list management James Gallagher said cutting Parker was a really difficult decision to make.
“Matty has such an incredible spirit, and it’s easy to see why he was so quickly embraced by Saints fans,” Gallagher said.
“Unfortunately the situation we find ourselves in demands tough choices, and this was one of them.
“We thank Matty for his dedication to the club and wish nothing but the best for him, Shardah and Matty Jnr.”
Last month, St Kilda revealed Doulton Langlands, Ryan Abbott, Jack Bell, Jack Mayo and Logan Austin had also been delisted, while veteran Nathan Brown retired.
