Dalot spent half hour at Man Utd training ground leaving before mates arrived

Diogo Dalot visited Manchester United's Carrington training complex on Saturday morning, spending around 30 minutes at the facility and leaving before his team-mates arrived.

The full-back is on his way to AC Milan on loan after being offered to a number of clubs – including Everton.

Dalot has found game time hard to come by under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and the Norwegian seems perfectly happy to let the Portuguese leave.

The 21-year-old arrived at the club in 2018 for £19million under Jose Mourinho's watch but has has fallen down the pecking order.

Brandon William's emergence and ability to play right back has seen Dalot's playing time limited.

Dalot will now join AC Milan for a season long loan. It is not entirely sure whether the deal includes an option to buy.

The right-back arrived at Carrington on Saturday morning, presumably to go through all formalities before jetting off to Milan.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Dalot spent around 30 minutes at the training facility and left before his team-mates arrived.

Dalot still has three years left on his United contract.

Milan aren't the only Italian club trying to sign a United player, with Roma still keen on wrapping up a deal for Chris Smalling.

The defender spent last season on loan in the Italian capital and was a big hit.
