Dean Henderson has replaced David De Gea in the starting XI for Manchester United's game against Basaksehir.
Henderson has finally been given the nod after sitting on the bench for all of United's Premier League and Champions League games so far this season.
But Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has decided to make change for the game in Istanbul and has given the former Sheffield United loan star the nod.
Elsewhere, United have given a start to Donny van de Beek, days after continual questions over his omission from the squad.
Axel Tuanzebe has been drafted in to stand in at centre-back alongside Harry Maguire, with Victor Lindelof dropped to the bench.
Solskjaer has named six changes in total from the team that lost to Arsenal at the weekend.
Juan Mata, Anthony Martial and Nemanja Matic have all come into the starting XI.
Among the substitutes are Paul Pogba, Fred and Scott McTominay.
Mason Greenwood has also lost his place in the starting XI.
Solskjaer admitted following the Arsenal game that he would need to rotate his squad.
“It’s always important to bounce back and respond after a disappointing day," he said.
"We’ve had some time to reflect over [the Arsenal defeat] now and it’s gone, and we’ve got to get a performance in Istanbul and hopefully we’ll get three points and then we go to Everton.
“It might have an impact on the team selection and subs we make depending on the game of course.
"12:30 on a Saturday doesn’t help us but that’s what the Champions League gives to you, it gives you a challenge because you want to be in this competition playing in midweek and we’ve just got to take it as it comes.
“We asked for a Sunday game but there was absolutely no help to get that.”
Man Utd confirmed XI: Henderson, Wan-Bissaka, Tuanzebe, Maguire, Shaw, Matic, Mata, Van de Beek, Fernandes, Rashford, Martial.
Subs: De Gea, Fosu-Mensah, Lindelof, Williams, Fred, McTominay, Pogba, Mengi, James, Cavani, Greenwood, Ighalo.
