Gareth Bale ‘will have watched All or Nothing Amazon series’ before returning

Tottenham icon Dimitar Berbatov believes Gareth Bale would have got the lowdown on his former club by watching the Amazon Prime ‘All or Nothing’ series.

Bale has been linked with a return to Spurs this summer having struggled in recent times at Real Madrid.

A loan move is believed to be an option with Real boss Zinedine Zidane eager to see the back of the Welshman this summer.

Bale left Tottenham in 2013 for the Spanish capital having lit up the Premier League before his departure.

Plenty has changed in north London since his exit, with Jose Mourinho now managing the club, but Berbatov believes Bale would have seen all he needs to on All or Nothing.

Berbatov told Betfair: “I can't believe the TV series of Bale at Madrid is about to come to an end at last!

“It's great news for everyone involved. Gareth loves Spurs, it's where he first showed the world what he can do.

“Whether it's a loan move or they buy him outright, once he's back playing that's all that matters. Quality never disappears. At 31, he still has the ability to play a crucial role at Spurs.

“Good players know how to update their game as they age, even Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi have changed how they play. Bale will have great players around him at Spurs who will help bring out the best in him.

“I’m sure Bale has been watching the documentary about Spurs, All or Nothing, so he'll know how the club works now.
