Jurgen Klopp promised Liverpool supporters the club will hold a Premier League title party when the ‘bulls***’ coronavirus pandemic is over.
The German’s title-winning side lifted the Premier League trophy on Wednesday night after their 5-3 win over Chelsea at Anfield, which was empty due to top-flight matches being held behind closed doors.
While Klopp and his team missed the fans during their title party, the Liverpool manager is planning another moment of celebration for their incredible achievements.

When asked to give a message to the Liverpool fans, Klopp told Sky Sports: ‘Thank you very much, we should all together celebrate at home, drink and celebrate. when this bulls*** virus is gone we will celebrate together and have a party!
Klopp was on stage with his squad when captain Jordan Henderson lifted the Premier League trophy – the first Reds captain to lift the top-flight title since 1990.
The trophy ceremony took place in Liverpool’s famous Kop stand, which would normally be filled with the club’s supporters.
The stand was also empty for when the club anthem ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ was played out on the loud speakers.

Klopp was sent back to his players mid-interview to sing ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ on the pitch
Klopp was sent back by Sky Sports to join his players in singing in front of the empty stand, but the German admitted that he was just grateful to have a title party at all.
He added: ‘That’s how life is – you make the best of what you get. Everything would be better with fans but we’ve known for six months it would not be possible.
‘But I didn’t think we’d even do this a few months ago. I couldn’t be happier, it would be perfect if the stadium would be full but we cannot change it.
‘We do it for them. Everyone celebrates at home, it’s a great moment.’
Klopp also called the global pandemic ‘bulls***’ and hopes to celebrate with the fans soon
The Reds’ title-winning season marks a wonderful year in charge for Klopp, whose side have lifted the Champions League, Premier League and Club World Cup trophies since last June.
The German did claim that the job is not over yet and are already targeting next season’s major honours.
Klopp added: ‘We are champions of England, Europe and the world. I know how that sounds but it’s the truth. We’ve won four trophies, really big ones.
‘We have a chance to take a next step and we have to because the others will be ready. No guarantees for anything but we will try.
