Gareth Southgate has recalled Harry Maguire to his England squad.
Southgate was forced to axe the Manchester United captain from his last squad following the defender's conviction for aggravated assault in Greece.
Maguire, 27, was given a suspended prison sentence following a drunken brawl with police but has appealed the court's decision and is awaiting a retrial.
In the meantime, Southgate has decided to bring Maguire back into the international fold for their upcoming Nations League matches against Belgium and Denmark, along with a friendly against Wales.
But there is no place in his squad for disgraced duo Mason Greenwood and Phil Foden.
The duo were kicked out of the squad earlier this month and forced to fly home from Iceland in shame after being caught smuggling two women into the team hotel in Reykjavik.
Southgate admitted the pair had betrayed his trust and he has decided to punish them by leaving them on the sidelines.
Southgate has named a 30-man squad due to him having to deal with three games and pressure from club bosses not to overwork their stars.
There are first senior call-ups for Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Leicester forward Harvey Barnes and Arsenal defender Bukayo Saka.
Southgate said: "They (Greenwood and Foden) are two very talented players. I think with what happened, we have to send a message to players in all our teams that that isn't how we do things with England.
"But we have to rehabilitate these two boys. They've suffered, and they need a period of reflection. Get back with their clubs and start enjoying their football again.
"Dominic is a player we've liked for a long time and what he's added recently is goals. He's in a rich vein of form and is a pest to play against for defenders. He thoroughly deserves his opportunity.
"We have been impressed with Bukayo's progress. He has high quality and real potential. He can play a number of different roles comfortably.
"Harvey has had a good couple of seasons. He's very direct and impressive on the counter attack. It's a chance for us to get to know these boys much better."
