England have awarded central contracts to Zak Crawley, Ollie Pope and Dom Sibley for the first time.
Crawley, Pope and Sibley have been handed Test contracts, having all scored maiden centuries for England over the past 12 months.
Kent batsman Crawley made his international debut against New Zealand last winter and scored a brilliant double century during England’s recent series win over Pakistan.
Pope failed to score a century this summer but made 91 against West Indies and a half-century against Pakistan. He still averages more than 55 in first-class cricket.
Sibley starred in England’s series victory over the Windies, scoring a ton and a fifty as Joe Root’s side came from behind to win 2-1.
Surrey all-rounder Tom Curran, meanwhile, receives a white-ball contract, having been in possession of an increment contract over the past year.
Jonny Bairstow has lost his Test contract, although the wicketkeeper-batsman keeps his white-ball deal as a key player of England’s one-day teams.
Kent all-rounder Joe Denly has lost his white-ball deal, while Dom Bess and Dawid Malan are among those to earn increment contracts.
